Minnesota Film Critics Alliance gives top award to ‘Power of the Dog’

For just over two weeks, members of the Minnesota Film Critics Alliance were busy voting to determine what the winners of the group’s second annual awards.

In the end, it was “Dune” earning the most wins, scoring awards in five categories. “The Power of the Dog” also had good a good showing, winning three awards including Best Picture.

Members are from across the state, with some in the Twin Cities metro region and others located in Greater Minnesota communities such as Brainerd, Duluth, Fargo-Moorhead, Rochester, and Wahpeton-Breckenridge.
